Orders

Right of withdrawal from the contract

5.2. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of purchasing digital products delivered on a physical medium if the performance of the service has begun with the customer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires and after the seller has informed the customer about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
Complaints
6.1. In the case of receiving a defective product, the customer may file a complaint in accordance with applicable law, providing the necessary information and documentation regarding the complaint.
6.2. Complaints are addressed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of the complaint submission.
